Jim Peters – Agent, Broker and Owner
Jim has a decade of experience in Del Norte County Real Estate and has been an owner/broker since 2016. He has a background in agricultural, forestry, and environmental planning and community development. As the former president of the Del Norte County Realtors Association Jim strengthened the county realtors association to meet state and national standards. Jim has been a consistent top-five (multi million dollar producer) since his third year in the business. He was the top producer in 2018.
Taudine Andrew – Real Estate Professional Agent
Del Norte County Real Estate Association Rising Star award winner and multi-million dollar producer. She represents both buyers and sellers. Taudine is an active volunteer in many community non-profit organizations including the Del Norte Chamber of Commerce as well as the Del Norte Historical Society. Taudine goes the extra mile for her clients, a major reason why she has done so well in a short amount of time.
Jenna Donovan – Office Manager / Lead Transaction Coordinator / Property Manager
Jenna is our Lead Transaction Coordinator and Office Manager. Jenna works with agents, escrow and title companies to ensure they receive transaction-related documents, title reports, inspections and disclosures in a timely and relevant manner. In addition, Jenna manages the vacation rental properties entrusted to us. Jenna ensures all of our guests have a pleasant experience while visiting Del Norte County and at the same time ensures our property owners are happy with the way we are managing their major assets
Michelle Radison – Customer Service and Transaction Coordinator
Michelle assists with transactions and scheduling, and she facilitates seamless communications with the loan agencies and the escrow and title companies that play a large role in any real estate transaction.
